The location was pretty good. It was close to many attractions. i can't complain about that.

I had some issues though. the gym, it lacked proper equipment. there were only a few treadmills, and half were out of order, it really limited my workout options and the breakfast wasn't great. The selection was limited, and the food often seemed stale. i expect more from a hotel in this category.

I really enjoyed the superb location near the bund and nanjing road. the room was modern and very clean with great soundproofing. the staff were helpful. Mr sameer khan and molly at the restaurant really stood out.

the breakfast options seemed limited, particularly for international guests. i noticed a lack of variety in western food choices.

the location was great near shopping and food areas i found the staff friendly especially kai who helped with a smile. my room had good size and cleanliness. i won't consider any other hotel if i return here.

the air conditioning temperature was centrally controlled i could not adjust it myself.
