Guest Ratings & Reviews
Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with the added bonus of a club lounge for club room bookings. However, there could be improvements in the amenities provided. The gym and pool facilities were excellent, and the hotel's location, offering beautiful views of Nanjing Walking Street from the 16th floor, was superb.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of ups and downs. The rooms, though not fully equipped when I arrived, were clean, and the staff was good. However, the rooms were on the small side. The service was top-notch, with staff always pleasant and helpful. They even upgraded me to a room with a nice view of Nanjing Street for a small deposit. They were extremely helpful and professional, catering to my every need, even cooking my eggs just the way I liked. The location of the hotel was excellent, with Nanjing Road right in front of it and a Halal restaurant conveniently located at the back. I could easily explore the Shanghai East Nanjing Road area and was within walking distance of popular attractions like the Bund. The dining experience was fantastic, offering a wide variety of dishes to satisfy all tastes after paying an extra charge for breakfast. The facilities were well-maintained and provided everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
The hotel is managed very well and the staff is good, though the rooms have a bit of a dated look. The location is perfect for exploring Shanghai, but the electrical plug-ins may be inconvenient. The dining options may not suit all tastes, and the menu has remained unchanged for years.
The hotel is situated right on Nanjing Street, making it perfect for shopping and dining enthusiasts. The rooms, although a bit dated, were clean and comfortable. The service was a mixed bag with housekeeping excelling but overall feeling a bit cold. The location allowed us to explore numerous famous attractions conveniently. However, the dining options were not suitable for individuals seeking Middle Eastern flavors as they were expensive and not to my taste.
The hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms, but some amenities can be improved. The staff is polite and helpful despite some operational challenges. The location is superb with easy access to attractions, but improvements are needed in the dining experience.
The hotel offers nice rooms but is a bit outdated and has a lingering smell of smoke even on the non-smoking floor. Service is knowledgeable in English but not very professional, and there were delays during check-in. The location is great, near Nanjing Road, with plenty of shops along the way. The dining experience is decent but could use more variety. The facilities are well-maintained.
